The DXB Bench Dispenser is a highly versatile and economic dispensing system. The A and B components of flowable adhesive systems are gravity fed from separate refillable 2.5 gallon containers through an integral DXB Dispenser. The DXB Dispenser offers point-of-application metering which ensures dispensing in precise ratios directly into a static mixer. This bench-top unit, which comes with a foot pedal actuator, allows for a hands-free operation that guarantees a reproducible production process.  The stand is fully adjustable over three axes and can accommodate a wide range of product applications.

This air operated pneumatic dispenser is available for 5cc, 10cc, 30cc, and 55cc syringe dispensing. This is a popular dispenser for resin systems with long working times such as epoxies and UV Curables. A variety of needles ranging in size from 14-30 gauge allow easy control of material dispensing. The Digital Shot Meter is an advanced dispenser that can be operated in manual or timed mode. Operators have the ability to dispense in time from .01 to 99.9 seconds. Even when in manual mode the dispenser displays the amount of time during the first dispense operation. An advanced feature in the timed mode is the ability to control the interval time between measured shots. The operator is able to keep the pedal depressed and the Digital Shot Meter will automatically dispense timed measured shots with an adjustable delay between dispensed shots. The dispenser can be activated by the foot peddle or Shot Button on the front panel. It's vacuum feature prevents dripping. Please provide desired syringe size when ordering. The Measured Shot Meter Dispenser provides digital timed controlled shots for reproducibility. Time duration shots can be adjusted from .01 to 99.99 seconds. It can also run in manual mode. This dispenser is ideal for low and high viscosity epoxy, urethane, or silicone systems. It's vacuum feature prevents dripping. Please specify desired syringe size when ordering. Several Deco-Coat Doming systems are prepackaged in convenient dual barrel cartridges. They eliminate weighing, mixing, and also provide an easy way to dispense material while minimizing employee contact. The 50ml (2 oz.) and 75ml (3 oz.) cartridges are a great choice for low volume production, samples, and prototypes. Both manual and pneumatic dispensing guns are available. This is a Black Light UV curing lamp designed for use with our UV Cure 7155. When exposed to this lamp, the UV Cure 7155 will cure within 15-20 minutes. The lamp is provided with two black light tubes. It is four feet long and six inches wide. The inside of the housing is a highly polished surface that allows 100% reflection to the substrates. This Black Light UV Curing Lamp was specifically designed to properly and efficiently cure the UV Cure 7155.
